个人简介
陆静怡博士的研究聚焦判断与决策，尤其是社会情境因素如何影响决策。目前关心的主题有：（1）自己–他人决策差异；（2）风险决策中的社会参照点；（3）心理安全感对风险决策的影响。希望从理论和应用层面，探索促进理性决策的途径。论文发表于OBHDP、PSPB、JBDM等期刊。招生方向：工业与组织心理学。
