★党委工作
1月15日，上海市首个沉浸式心理学科普的实体场馆“普陀区——华东师大心理学科普馆”揭牌仪式在普陀区万里无忧体验空间举行。上海市委政法委常务副书记张磊，普陀区委书记姜冬冬，华东师范大学党委副书记、副校长顾红亮，普陀区委常委、政法委书记张伟，副区长王珏、付乐欣，我院党委书记方媛、党委副书记兼副院长庄瑜等出席活动。
★教学工作
1月，顺利完成2024年研究生招生入学考试阅卷工作。
1月，顺利完成2024年博士研究生招生工作。
1月，孟慧、汪红英带领13名硕士、博士和博士后走进上海三菱电梯有限公司进行参观学习。上海三菱电梯有限公司人事部部长龚益、团委副书记陆澄、中心实验室科员励鉴敏等接待了师生。
★学科建设
1月19日，学院在俊秀楼223报告厅，召开“2024年学科发展务虚会”。会议旨在锚定卓越目标，凝聚共识，集思广益，共同探讨学院未来的学科发展。学院党政班子成员，各系主任，学术委员会委员，学位分委会、教学委员会负责人，科研团队、教学团队负责人，教工党支部书记，校“双百计划”青年人才等30余人参加会议。会议分别由郝宁、刘俊升、李先春主持。
2月21日,周晓林、刘俊升分别作为咨询委员会副主任委员和委员参加在北京召开全国学生心理健康工作咨询委员会第一次全体会议。会议由教育部党组成员、副部长王嘉毅主持。教育部党组书记、部长怀进鹏出席会议并讲话。
1月,周晓林应邀分别担任浙江省哲学社会科学实验室浙江大学神经管理学实验室学术委员会、中国社会科学院语言学重点实验室学术委员会委员。

★学术交流
1月3日—6日，周晓林应邀赴华东师范大学对口支援单位新疆师范大学，为心理学院和教育学院的研究生讲授《科学思维与论文写作》课程。
1月3日，在俊秀楼223报告厅，我院邀请香港中文大学（深圳）王晓田教授作题为“适应性时间管理：生命史模型与跨期冥想”的学术报告。周晓林，刘永芳、段锦云、王鹏、姚琦及来自上海、杭州等兄弟院校校师生80余人参加报告会。报告由陆静怡主持。
2月26日，《心理科学》编委会会议在云南师范大学丽水云泉会议交流中心召开。本次会议主题为“新时代《心理科学》期刊建设与发展”，由《心理科学》编辑部主办，云南师范大学教育学部承办。《心理科学》主编周晓林、8位副主编以及40余位编委专家出席会议；云南师范大学副校长陈正权、教育学部相关领导班子成员以及心理学系部分教师列席会议。会议由《心理科学》主编周晓林主持。
★人事工作
1月—2月，完成多项国家级人才项目申报。
1月24日，学院在俊秀楼大厅举办“祥龙献瑞——2024贺新春系列活动“，周晓林、方媛、李琳怡、陶洁、姜云东等来到俊秀楼慰问留校师生。
2月8日，学院举办“寻年趣·新年大礼包派送”、“觅年俗·龙年鳌鱼灯制作”等“祥龙献瑞”贺新春系列活动，丰富留校学生寒假生活。学院团委也启动“奇妙年味征集计划”，鼓励同学们记录自己经历的奇妙年味，分享新年趣事。
★工会工作
1月，李琳怡获评“2023年度校优秀工会积极分子”。
1月，学院工会为离退休教师采购春节慰问品，并上门慰问部分老同志。
